NON-MEDICAL DISCLOSURE The client understands that massage is not a replacement for medical care and no medical diagnosis will be made. Because massage body work therapy may be contraindicated due to certain medical conditions, the client shall inform the therapist of all medical conditions and will keep the therapist updated as to any changes in his medical condition going forward. If the client experiences any pain or discomfort during the session, he will immediately tell the therapist so the pressure and/or manipulations, draping or environment may be adjusted to his level of comfort.

 

CLIENT BEHAVIOR Any illicit or sexually suggestive comments or actions made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session and he is responsible for full payment.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Should the client cancel or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, he authorizes TheraV Family Massage to charge his credit/debit card for the full session fee.

 

EMAIL-POLICY We will use your email address for the appointment reminders, promotions and news from TheraV Family Massage. Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone.
