Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION or RE-SCHEDULING of a reservation for any service that we provide may only be allowed without penalty if valid notice is served no less than 24 hours before the date and time of the scheduled service. Otherwise, we shall charge 50% of the amount of such service. Said Notice of CANCELLATION or
RE-SCHEDULING may only be considered valid if done by calling TheraV at (615)707-1167. In view of this CANCELLATION Policy, any reservation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may no longer be canceled nor re-scheduled.
"No Show" Policy
Guests who do not show up for their massage appointment without a call to cancel are considered a
"No Show" and will be charged the full amount of the service.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrival by the client will not change the originally scheduled ending time of service. Nevertheless, the resulting shortened period of service will constitute complete delivery of the contracted service.
